The Task  

You have been given one month to gather ideas, organize them, and develop a multimedia presentation describing your school. You will then give your presentation to the Gods of Mount Olympus Incorporated.  You will need to build your teams quickly and start preparing; you wouldn’t want to make the Gods mad would you? 

Your task must follow these procedures-

Please note: The Team Plan and Project Organizer are Inspiration 8 documents - You MUST have the program installed on your computer for them to work properly!

1.  Submit a Team Plan to your project supervisor before beginning any projects. 

2.  Use the Project Organizer to document effort and thoughtfulness before starting the development phase. 

3.  The Team Plan and Project Organizer should be living documents, and modified to reflect changes in your project.  If you have any technical questions on the use of Inspiration 8 software, please ask for help.

4.  Schedule weekly progress meetings with the Manager (your teacher).  Weekly meetings should include:

•  A review of changes made to your Team Plan, Project Organizer, & Time Manager

• Project updates

• Technical Questions

• Requests for changes in Presentation options

5.  All presentation must include the elements listed below.  These are only the basics; you are not limited to only using these methods of presentation.  Please check with your project supervisor for approval on additional elements. 

• A Powerpoint Presentation

• A print brochure

• The use of dramatic acting

• The use of visual organizers, charts or graphs

• The use of an art project or other creative project display
